Some main oc's of my story: WHAT HAPPENS TO AMUSEMENT PARK RIDES ONCE THEY ARE PUT INTO STORAGE OR DESTROYED? They are magically transported to a place only known as “Amusement Park Between”, a park that co-exist within any other and is only accessible by those who are of its blood. There are no limits and no humans. The only residents are the rides. However, they are much different from our own. Amusement Park Between’s rides are ALIVE, having both the characteristics of man and beast. Amusement Park Between was once merry and joyous, but for the past several years it has spiraled into turmoil. An evil tyrant known as Ironwheel has taken control, casting a dark shadow over Amusement Park Between, and whose evil intentions endanger both their world and our own. The rides only hope is the key to their prophecy; the red will defeat the black. That particular key is the only ride that was created differently. The red roller coaster, Railrunner. AND THIS IS HIS STORY.

Yes, these rides are BIO MECHANICAL, meaning they are metal on the outside, flesh on the inside. (its available now through amazon. see my page for other locations)


This is 85 year old wooden roller coaster and medical genius, Timberwolf. He's Amusement Park Between's top doctor (or could you call him a mechanic) with a vast knowledge of medical practices, a keen mind in science, and an author in his spare time, this is one coaster where if he has a suspicion... you better believe him!
Timberwolf started in the medical field out young, and with his collection of knowledge and patient personality, he quickly rose to the top. He seems to have a degree of sorts in everything. Timberwolf specializes in any topic from general viruses, prosthetic devices, all the way to helping Redmothers through their pregnancies and birth. You could say he knows the body - and knows it well.

Left Page:
Top: One of Timberwolf's expressions. He's also one of the only characters in Twisted with glasses and sideburns. Epic sideburns.

Bottom: Vertigo, in Between, is a deadly plauge generated by Darkrail. While protecting the innocent and his allies, Railrunner is accidentally infected with a small dose. Even with a mild case, the red coaster suffers from dizziness, loss of energy and appetite, irregular stomach, nausea ( a coaster will vomit grease and hydraulic fluid), etc. And the symptoms only worsen until death. For five days, Railrunner undergoes surgery, all of the previous symptoms, and in bedridden - so ill that he can't even stand. Luckily, Timberwolf is there to nurse him back to health.

Middle Page: During Angeltrack's difficult pregnancy, it is Timberwolf that cares for her and her unborn son, Railrunner. Angeltrack is six months pregnant (12 months is full term) and its time for another ultrasound to find out the sex. (I didn't draw the screen since I drew the sketch too big to begin with). The ultrasound thing is actually a bit ironic. Amusement Park's actually do perform ultrasounds on roller coasters during winter months to look for cracks and deformities.
