Now for a cute overload of baby Railrunner and his mother, Angeltrack.

I will now go into national geographic mode.

Red roller coasters are the only rides in Amusement Park Between to be born and there can only be one at a time. They grow up to be fierce predators, but lets look at their more whimsical stages in life. Infancy.

Bottom: Little coasters are balls of energy, not even a week after their birth. From the start they are very close to their mothers. Here we see a small red, days old, and his mother. A mother roller coaster is usually worn out from both birth and keeping up with her offspring and is usually at rest. Her baby is at a most playful stage and when he wants attention, he will run over and begin to pull on one of her restraints and squeak loudly before bouncing around in from of her. The mother knows her baby is there but she nods back to sleep. The baby will then repeat the main process along with butting at her side until she will get up and play with him. If her baby is hungry, he will nip at her restraint but sit on her arm and lick her cheek and eye until she rolls over onto her side so he can gain access.

Middle: Young reds show signs of hunting even before their mother teaches it to them, often pouncing in insects and small rodents.

Top right: One thing a young coaster does is explore and has a habit of jumping up onto things, which isn't the most ideal thing for a mother to allow. Its been proven that small coasters are attracted to shiny objects like silverware, tinware, and glass and are smart enough to open a drawer or cupboard. They then play a game by dropping the object to the floor and then leaping down to retrieve it - which doesn't work out well for glass. (lol, I love the look on Railrunner's face) Little coasters are like curious kittens.

Top left: Baby loves to snuggle with mommy as much as mom loves her baby. A little red always sleeps with mom and soaks in the heat from her body.

It is, indeed, cute. A lovely sketch.

But "soaks in the heat from her body"? I never knew roller coasters were endothermic. (previously known by the erroneous moniker of "warm-blooded")
