Believe it or not I learned this from my computer illustration teacher.
I've had this number calling me for two days - some telemarketer saying I'm qualified for a voucher of some sort. Well the first time I answered I hung up. They have been calling over and over and finally I got pissed off enough and tried the technique my instructor told me.
They called. I answered.... in German. XD
They hung up.
Then they called again, this time with a Mexican operator. I answered again in German (saying hello how are you) The guy asked. "Mam do you speak English." I said (No, I speak German) It was then awkward silence before he hung up.
lol, Idiots. They are even more when the first guy that called was American - thought I was speaking spanish, and called again this time with a Mexican operator.
Dumbasses. If they keep on calling - I'm just going to mess with them even more. XD I guess being forced to take German in high school did pay off.
Anyways, goin home for the holidays tomorrow! So excited. Expect lots of art!

It's finally finished! Hello all! I’m not dead! I’ve actively been writing this chapter on and off over the course of 2019. It was a chaotic year for me. I'm nearing 30k works on chapter 26. Knowing what I have planned I'm going to classify it as halfway finished. Of course, I've been planning the rest of the chapter for quite some time so writing that part will be a little quicker.
Sorry for the wait though. Work is brutal.

One of my favorite things to do is:
Hello? You are looking for who? Mam/Sir I need you to stay on the line, we are looking for the missing person now, and you have called a crime scene.
They panic with that one a lot.
The other I like to do is if they say their name:
"Jimmy? Um..yah, I'm like 5 seats down from you..."
>.< That one really gets them confused.
